Theme: Team Work

Goal:  Unite the Youth

I don’t have an ideal book to teach the Youth, but I will do whatever is necessary to unite the Youth.  Our Youth have been fooled and mislead into disarray and have no cooperation.  Some have isolated themselves from the church or the Youth group so my goal is to bring them back.

Method:  I will use Christian movies to motivate them, have class discussion based on Christian Faith, personal walk with God, answering any question(s) based on “Evolution” vs “Intelligence Design”, conflict within the church, and so on…

In March, out intern Youth Pastor will take over and he will be teaching the Youth for a period of 6 months.

Out Reach:  Reach out to the lost [non-believer youth] – sending invitation cards, talk to those we meet, and have the youth invite their friend(s) to church.  My wife, the youth, and I will be part of this ministry to the lost.

Time will tell and I hope that by the end of the year our Lompoc Youth group will be united once more.
