Mission Statement

1. Update church bylaws to reflect changes agreed upon during the church annual meeting.

2. Correlate church bylaws with changes made at Hmong District.

3. Correlate church bylaws with changes made at C&MA Annual Conference

4. Accept bylaw change requests from church members and submit them to a congregation-wide vote at the church annual meeting for implementation.
