Mission Statement

We serve God by leading the congregation into corporate praise and worship of our Heavenly Father. We are in a sense "Lead Worshippers" where we demonstrate praise & worship with our voices, instruments, attitudes and actions; and invite the congregation to do the same. We lead by our example. We are not performers for the congregation. But we are performing "praise and worship" for our God, and we invite the congregation to corporately perform with us. We desire to create an atmosphere where people can freely and openly express their worship. We desire to focus our hearts and our minds on our Creator, and thus minimize focus on ourselves. We will be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. The Bible is our roadmap and guide. We submit to our Pastor and church elders as our leaders.

Because we want to give God our best, we strive to continually increase our talents and skills as individuals, as a team and as worship leaders. We demonstrate Christian behaviors and attitudes in our daily lives and do not engage in activities that would cause others to question our commitment to the Lord.

We serve God by serving each other. We strive to be not only a worship team, but also a support group for the members of the team. We continually lift each other up in prayer. We will continue to encourage one another, and support team members who are facing difficulties and struggles in their lives.
